Chocolate Mascarpone Cream
A mascarpone cream topping for chocolate heart scones.
Ingredients
- ½ cup mascarpone cheese
- 3 tbsp cold heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp confectioners' sugar
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Beat all ingredients together at a low speed with a mixer until combined. Increase to high speed and beat until creamy.
