Raspberry Puree

Raspberry puree used to flavor the Chocolate Heart Scones

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup white granulated sugar
  • tsp lemon juice

Equipment

  • 1 strainer

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until berries break down.

  3. Poor through strainer to extract seeds.
